Ejection of: player, coach, parent, any other person involved/attending a game
Severe injury to player or other person involved in game (coach, team/club official, spectator, etc.)
Unsafe playing field/conditions or other unsafe equipment issues
Coach, parent, player and/or spectator extreme behavior/incident
Team does not have appropriate player passes and / or line up sheet
One or both teams did not show up
Forfeit by one team
Abandoned game for any reason
Any other situation that the referee feels warranted / worthy of reporting, especially any COVID-19 protocol related issues.
